Does Free Soul have free delivery?
Yes, Free Soul has free next-day delivery on orders of more than £35. If your order is less, this will cost £3.99. You’ll need to place your order before 8 pm, Monday-Friday for next-day delivery. Alternatively, subscribe and save purchases will get free next-day delivery.
Can I get a first order discount at Free Soul?
Yes, absolutely! You can get 10% off your first purchase when you sign up for the Free Soul email newsletter. This is one of the strongest, fail-safe discounts we’ve seen—perfect for saving on your first protein or supplement purchase. Email subscribers also get special offers and competitions.
Does Free Soul do Blue Light discounts?
Yes. NHS staff and essential workers can usually get 20% off at Free Soul. Simply log into your Blue Light Card account online to confirm your place of work. Once you have, you’ll be able to see your unique discount code.
Are returns free at Free Soul?
No, returns are not free. However, there is only a minor £3.50 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. You’ll have 30 days to make a return, if you’re not 100% happy. Your item will need to be unused and unopened for a refund, which is normal practice for hygiene reasons.

How do we source voucher codes and deals?

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge.
