Andrea McLean stuns in sophisticated M&S suit

It's not often we see Andrea McLean rock a tailored, fitted suit, but when we do, she always looks stylish.

The Loose Women star regularly favours skirts and dresses for TV and public appearances, but at the recent Mind Media Awards, Andrea opted for a more androgynous look.

As she joined her colleagues Jane Moore and Stacey Solomon on the red carpet, fans saw that she’d decided upon a checked suit for the evening out, which she paired with some simple black, high-heeled boots.

The suit was from one of Andrea’s favourite retailers, Marks & Spencer. M&S is proving to be a popular choice amongst the daytime TV set – with Holly Willoughby and Lorraine Kelly wearing items from them too recently!

Andrea’s suit, in a chic blue and white, was part of a set from the retailer – which you can also buy separately.

The fitted, straight leg trousers are on sale at M&S for £39.50, but appear to be very popular with customers as they’re only available in a few remaining sizes online.

However, there are plenty of sizes left in the longline blazer on the Marks & Spencer website, and many of the sold out sizes are on sale in stores across the UK too.

The blazer is equally affordable, at £59, meaning the entire set is on sale for £98.50. It may be slightly more than you’d be looking to spend, but these classic, tailored items would work for a variety of occasions.

Whether you’re heading to work or for a dinner party with friends, you can dress the suit up or down. Andrea added a blue, turtle-neck sweater to her look, but you could match it with a more glitzy top, for more dressed-up events.

And in fact, Andrea seems to love the print so much that she’s actually worn it in a dress version before too. The dress is also from Marks & Spencer, and the popular presenter has worn it twice – changing it up to work for both winter and summer.

So there’s no need to just take it from us – even Andrea thinks this print works for anything!

Will you be adding it to your wardrobe?
