EVENT: Catch Catwalking Now!

by Angela Kennedy on Tuesday, 6 December 2011

Fashion heaven is drooling over fabulous catwalk pics and dreaming that you are a) thin enough and b) rich enough to wear the amazing out of this world clothes!

One man that has seen more than his fair share of fabulous fashion shows around the world is the legendary UK photographer Chris Moore.

Treat yourself to an instant fashion fix and feast your eyes on CATWALKING, an exhibition snapped by the premier 'King of the Catwalk', at the Kings Place Gallery in London.

Chris has been covering international fashion shows around the globe since London's Swinging Sixties and knows exactly how to get that perfect front row photo finish every time. As a teenager, he trained with iconic names like Norman Parkinson and Cecil Beaton when he was an assistant at Vogue.

This is an exhibition close to the heart of our own Style Director, Angela Kennedy, as she has covered many a show in Paris and Milan with Chris over the years.

'His talent and eye for THE shot marks him out as the best in the business along with his humour, humility and total lack of prima donna hysterics!' explains Angela.

The exhibition of catwalk glamour shows how fashion has evolved with numerous iconic moments, from the early days of reserved Yves St Laurent couture to the later days of spectacular Alexander McQueen theatrical staged performances.

Admission is FREE.
Catch CATWALKING, a very special photographic exhibition, until  February 10 2012
