Fishy Fishy are sustainable fish restaurants, one in Poole, the other in Brighton. The beloved blackboard features daily seasonal specials and more unusual catches such as gurnard.
The restaurants are owned by my X Factor hero and fellow Arsenal fan Dermot O'Leary. This is his chefs' first book, beautifully photographed and full of tips with straightforward recipes. Do try the Seafood-stuffed squid, which uses a sort of prawn and pea risotto - delicious!
