Donna Francis

Donna Francis is an award-winning British Beauty Editor with over 25 years experience across print and digital media. After being granted an 01 Extraordinary Ability Visa for her visionary work in beauty, she relocated to the US, where she now lives in St. Pete Beach, Florida with her husband and two sons. Previously, Donna spent five years as Beauty Director for Boots UK, where she pioneered a groundbreaking unretouched beauty shoot policy and her work has featured in HELLO!, The Daily Mail, Refinery 29, InStyle, Allure and Cosmopolitan. 

Today, Donna is the founder and Editor-In-Chief of The Beauty Ed®, a platform dedicated to thoughtful storytelling and unfiltered, feel-good beauty advice. Passionate about lifting up the next generation, Donna also mentors Gen Z and Gen Alpha students through her mentorship program, THE LAB. Alongside this, she hosts the Smiling Gives You Wrinkles® podcast and writes the popular weekly Substack, My Skin Type is Sober.
