As if we couldn't be any more excited over the Sex and the City reboot, fans of the show just received some Big news. Chris Noth has officially agreed to come back as our favorite leading man, Mr. Big!

That's right, it looks like one of TV's most iconic couples will be gracing our screens once again. Chris will be reprising his role alongside Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon in the reboot titled, And Just Like That. While it's still unclear exactly how many episodes he'll be appearing in, production couldn't help but share their excitement about Mr. Big coming back.

"I'm thrilled to be working with Chris again on And Just Like That," said series executive producer Michael Patrick King in a statement first published on Entertainment Weekly. "How could we ever do a new chapter of the Sex and the City story without our Mr. Big?"

And they're right; Carrie and Mr. Big's relationship was such a central part of the original series, that it's hard to imagine a reboot without him in it.

He's not the only past flame of Carries to be joining the show though, another fan-favorite love interest is making an appearance in the reboot: John Corbett (aka Aidan). Do we see a potential love triangle on the horizion? Potentially, but we do know there will definitely be lots of drama (and laughs) in store for us.

Details of the reboot have been kept under wraps, but we do know that the central plot will focus on our main girl group navigating life and friendship in their fifties. And even though the beloved Kim Cattrall will not be returning as the iconic Samantha, we can look forward to at least one new face joining the cast.

The show has confirmed that newcomer Sara Ramírez will be a series regular when Sex and the City returns to our screens. You may recognize them from Grey's Anatomy, where they played Callie. The actress will be portraying the SATC franchise's first nonbinary character, a podcaster named Che Diaz.

The reboot will feature 10 one-hour long episodes and will be headed over to HBO Max. Production for the show is preparing to start, but while we wait for the show to hit our screens, now is the perfect opportunity to re-binge the entire series (and two movies).

Don't know about you, but we're seriously excited for this one!
