Aldi is releasing a new rattan garden bar that will make your al fresco dreams a reality

Warm weather is on the horizon, and Aldi is celebrating with the release of a timely new item: the rattan garden bar.

We've already been tempted by new garden furniture like a patio heater, pizza oven and inflatable hot tub, but now this garden bar may have to be added to our shopping lists too because we're certainly anxious to ring in the summer with this must-have backyard piece and kick our al fresco fun into high gear. 

The new item, which is part of a larger garden collection, has us all the more anxious to step outside. This wicker bar practically begs for a few G&T's to grace its glass top, and cocktail connoisseurs won't need to worry about heading back into the kitchen while prepping drinks from their patio. The bar's convenient metal frame makes storing glassware stay organized and accessible. Plus, an adorable white umbrella protects mixologists from any unpredictable weather that Mother Nature throws our way. 

While the garden bar won't be sold in stores, shoppers will be able to snag one for themselves online beginning May 16, according to an Aldi rep, so put a note in your diaries. (We're anxious to place one in our virtual shopping carts, too!) If you're in need of a few other accessories, the collection will also feature a drinks trug and outdoor sofa. Who needs the bar when the bar can come to you?
