Kate Middleton's chic blazer and earrings are a classic example of how the royal fuses smart and stylish with ease.

Kate Middleton's dresses often get all the hype, but lately she's been all about that smart, androgynous elegance, which was clear during an important outing with Prince William.

The Duchess of Cambridge visited the London headquarters of the Disasters Emergency Committee, (DEC), to hear all about their appeal to get support for those impacted by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

They met with aid workers who'd been on the ground, learning more about what the DEC's work is doing to help at this difficult time. Kate was seen listening intently, dressed in a stunning blazer, sleek black cigarette trousers, a cream top, and earrings.

For the Cambridges, discovering how to help the people of Ukraine has been of huge importance as the crisis has picked up a devastating pace. Per their admission, just like many parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton feel ‘useless’ as George and Charlotte ask questions about Ukraine.

Alongside the ongoing crisis, the royal couple learned of the impact the crisis is having on other humanitarian crises, of which there are many, that are being exacerbated even further by what's happening in Ukraine.

The couple's visit comes as other royals have stepped up to the plate regarding the crisis. The Queen has made a 'generous donation' to Ukraine, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have issued a heartfelt message on the crisis—which they echoed at the recent Invictus Games.
