A royal expert has revealed that 'perfect' Kate Middleton won't 'worry' about her upcoming appearance on season six of The Crown because of a very unique reason.

Although some may think that the Duchess of Cambridge would be daunted by the prospect of seeing her life story playing out in a Netflix TV show, one royal expert is convinced that 'perfect' Kate Middleton has nothing to 'worry about' when it comes to this upcoming appearance.

Grant Harrold told  OK!, "Kate doesn't have much to worry about, her PR and image is perfect. There is nothing not perfect about her."

It appears that unlike many of the other members of the Royal Family, Kate Middleton has an almost spotless reputation and has adapted to life as a member of the Royal Family without any scandals. This is a unique position to be in as many royals have had to grow up in the spotlight and have been unable to avoid the negative press that comes with this level of attention.

Royal expert Grant Harrold was formerly the butler to Prince Charles from 2004 to 2011, which means he has a special understanding of the Royal Family.

The former butler continued to say that in addition to Catherine's spotless reputation, another factor that is putting the Duchess at ease is the Royal Family's insistence that the Netflix show is fictitious.

"At the end of the day, it's PR. Some bits are historical and some bits are drama—the palace has always been keen to remind people it is drama," said the expert.

This 'drama' argument has been enforced by other members of the Royal Family and most recently suggested by the Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles.

Duchess Camilla and Emerald Fennell met at an International Women's Day event hosted by Camilla at Clarence House. This was particularly shocking considering that Emerald plays a young version of Camilla in the Netflix show and many assumed that Camilla would not be impressed by this portrayal.

The meeting between the actress and the Duchess demonstrated to fans that there are truly no hard feelings from the Royal Family towards the Netflix show.

The Duchess even joked about Emerald's role in The Crown as she said during a speech at the event, "it is reassuring to know that, if I should fall off my perch at any moment, my fictional alter ego is here to take over—so, Emerald, be prepared!"

The Crown season 5 will star Imelda Staunton, Dominic West, Elizabeth Debecki, and Jonathan Pryce and is expected to be released in November 2022.

The season will focus on the lives of the Royal Family in the late 90s and will be the second to last season before the show wraps after the sixth season.
