How Prince William and Kate Middleton's Windsor move will have a serious impact on their children's routine
The Cambridge family's Windsor move will have a significant impact on George, Charlotte and Louis because of this important change
The Cambridge family's Windsor move is taking place very soon as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge prepare to move their family from London to Berkshire.
- Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning a big move from London to Windsor.
- The couple's big move to Windsor will have a unique impact on their three young children.
- In other royal news, Harry and Meghan to be neighbors with William and Kate at Windsor but have 'no plans' for reunion.
It was revealed some months ago that Prince William and Duchess Catherine were planning a big move to a property on the Windsor Castle estate. It is rumored that the couple will be relocating their family to Adelaide Cottage a property that will be much closer to the Queen than their apartment in Kensington Palace.
Although Kate Middleton and Prince William have their ‘hands full’ with their Windsor move, they are still reportedly 'ready' to leave London. But there will be some huge changes taking place which will be changing the way that the Cambridge children have been raised so far.
Currently, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are cared for by the a live-in nanny named Maria Terresa Barrallo. Maria was trained at Norland and now worked full-time for the Cambridge family. It has been rumored that Maria will be accompanying the royals on their big move to Windsor but will no longer be living in the family home alongside the children she has looked after for nearly a decade.
People reported that Maria will be living in another accommodation on the Windsor estate, but not the cottage because there simply isn't space in the four-bedroom property the Cambridges are moving to.
Although this will be a big change for the children who are leaving behind their first home, their schools, and their friends, they will be much closer to their family. The Queen spends a great deal of time at her Windsor home, and Kate Middleton's parents live in Bucklebury in Berkshire, which means the children will be able to see their grandparents and royal great-grandmother whenever they please.
Some reports suggest that William and Kate’s ‘imprisoned’ lifestyle at Kensington Palace may have inspired their Windsor move, and others have reported that this move is so the royal couple can spend more time with their children. In any case, the move is expected to be taking place before the academic year begins in September and the children start their new schools.
