Prince William has received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and took to social media to share the significant moment, though there’s one detail in particular fans can’t help noticing.

Prince William has been commended by royal fans after he shared the news that he’s received his first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. The Duke of Cambridge is said to be one of the members of the Royal Family who have had coronavirus and he's been vocal in his support of the vaccination effort. Earlier this year, he and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge ‘warned’ the public against ‘misinformation’ about the Covid-19 vaccine

Whilst William previously declared he was 'proud' of the Queen and Prince Philip for sharing news of their Covid-19 vaccinations in January. Now he has been just as open about his own vaccine experience, bravely sharing a candid picture of the moment he received his first dose.

The snap shared on the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official Instagram and Twitter accounts shows William with his jumper sleeve rolled up to his shoulder as the nurse gives him the vaccine shot.

The caption declared, "On Tuesday I received my first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. To all those working on the vaccine rollout - thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do."

Royal fans were quick to praise Prince William for sharing such a personal moment, with one writing, "Supporting our future King...Loyal, hard working and thoroughly decent all round guy".

"Thank you for being a role model for the important vaccination campaign", another commented.

While thousands of followers have been showing their support for the Duke of Cambridge’s important actions, this wasn’t the only thing that has captured people’s attention. Many fans couldn’t help noticing another detail in the picture—Prince William’s muscular arm.

"Oh, Prince William works out" one commented, whilst someone else agreed, writing, "Wow he got guns" and another posted, "Congratulations! Also....wow, someone is working out!"

"Congratulations Your Buffness... I mean, Your Highness", a fellow royal fan excitedly declared.

Prince William’s so-called “buff” arm seems to have taken many people by surprise, as he is most often seen wearing more formal clothes at royal engagements, his arms generally covered by a jumper or coat.

This was certainly the case at his recent appearance in North Wales, where he shared that he and Kate Middleton love this household hobby

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and look set to take on an even more prominent role in the Royal Family as they support the Queen in the years ahead.
