Despite a petition to save 'Neighbours,' it was recently announced that after 37 seasons in the same number of years, the Australian soap will be ending in the summer of 2022.

The show announced on March 3, "We are so sorry to say that after nearly 37 years and almost 9000 episodes broadcast we have to confirm that Neighbours will cease production in the summer. Following the loss of our key broadcast partner in the UK and despite an extensive search for alternative funding, we simply have no option but to rest the show."

Although the show has reached its end, the soap is responsible for launching the many successful careers of the celebrities we know and love today. Here is a run-down of some of the most famous actors who got their start on the soap.
