Mary Berry delights fans with stunning tropical dress and lively energy at Wimbledon
Mary Berry's attendance at Wimbledon has delighted fans as the 87-year-old excitedly cheered on players from the stands

Mary Berry has delighted fans with her attendance at Day Four of Wimbledon. The national treasure wore a stunning tropical outfit and excitedly cheered on the players.
The renowned baker and former judge of the Great British Bake Off, Mary Berry, was in high spirits as she attended Wimbledon 2022 on Thursday, June 30.
The professional baker, who is now 87 years old, was excitedly cheering on the players from the stands, and appeared to be quite enthralled with the matches as she laughed, shouted out support, and at one point even shed a tear.
Mary looked lovely as she re-wore a white Ted Baker midi dress. The white dress was decorated with blue birds, olive branches, and delicate pink blossoms, making it the perfect tropical outfit for a warm day in London.
Mary has previously been spotted in this dress on other occasions and most recently wore the dress to the Chelsea Flower Show in 2018. The baker has since put her own spin on the dress by shortening the hem and removing a large black band from the bottom of the dress, plus removing the belt.
Mary accessorized this white dress with a dark pink pashmina scarf, a matching clutch bag, and a pair of low-heeled pink suede court heels. The TV chef also wore a large chunky white pearl necklace, which perfectly complimented the white of the Ted Baker dress.
Ahead of Katie Boulter's match, Mary spoke about being excited to watch the English star play, "I'm looking forward to seeing Kate and I want her to do well because she's British!" she told Wimbledon Radio.

Mary was also seen shedding a tear as she watched Katie win and fans loved this sweet moment from the chef. "Mary Berry with tears in her eyes watching Katie win this is what Wimbledon’s about," said one fan on Twitter.
In another emotional moment following her match, Katie decided to dedicate her win to her late grandmother. "I'm probably going to get emotional," began Katie as she revealed, "my gran passed away two days ago and I'd just like to dedicate that [her win] to her today." The camera then showed the whole crowd, including Mary, cheering with their support for Katie.
