Chrissy Teigen has had a busy week! From deleting her Twitter account to starting a new plant-based cleaning line with Kris Jenner, the model and cookbook author has also found time for a "midlife crisis."

It's not exactly buying a motorcycle or suddenly dropping everything to travel the world, but Chrissy recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram showing off long silvery-blue locks. The look isn't permanent though, these temporary locks are from a wig that she joked is her "midlife crisis hair."

In a video she posted to her Instagram, the model shows off her icy hair and jokes saying, "Trust me, it’s my midlife lol."

While the video, at first, has us questioning what styling products she uses in her hair, upon closer look, you can see it's just a wig.

Chrissy sported the waist-long hair in a recent taping she did with comedian Sebastian Maniscalco and posted a photo with him and Lana Gomez, thanking them for having her and expressing how grateful she was for Sebastian not making fun of her "midlife crisis" hair.

"This man, one of the most brutally funny people I’ve ever met, didn’t say a word about my midlife crisis hair for the entire taping," she captioned it. "@sebastiancomedy and @lanagomez thank u for having me."

The temporary look received praise and love from fans and stars, with Lana even saying we should all do Chrissy's midlife hair.

"So fun!!! Was dying laughing the whole segment! Let’s all do your midlife crisis hair when it airs!!!" commented Lana.

Comedian Whitney Cummings even gushed over the look, commenting, "This is not mid-life because I may come kill you with cuddles tomorrow."

The gray color didn't last too long though, in fact, Chrissy is already back to donning her signature caramel brown hair, which can be seen in her most recent Instagram posts.

Chrissy has been known to switch up her hair color. Before debuting the silver hair, she sported pink hair in February and briefly tested out lavender hair in January.
