Before getting married to singer Chris Martin and Brad Falchuk, actress Gwyneth Paltrow dated a handful of film stars including Brad Pitt and Ben Affleck.

Now the Sliding Doors actress has revealed she's 'happy' for ex-Ben Affleck after he and his new wife Jennifer Lopez announced their Las Vegas nuptials via Instagram.

The founder of Goop, who was answering a question about their recent wedding, via her Instagram stories, also went on to say how romantic she thought their relationship was.

Gwyneth, who swears by these eye patches, was commenting on her ex-boyfriend's surprise wedding - after Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck got married in this iconic location in Vegas.

During an Ask me a Question Instagram story, one fan asked the Shakespeare in Love actress, 'How do you feel about Ben and JLo'. She went on to answer with, "Love. So romantic. Very happy for them."

The couple dated from 1997 to 2000 - but Gwyneth admitted years later, that although he was a great guy he wasn't ready for a committed relationship.

The star, who acted from an early age, is now married to Brad Falchuk, a writer and executive producer, after being married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, for 13 years.

In the last few years, Gwyneth has also moved away from acting, preferring to concentrate on her Goop lifestyle brand instead. Over the years it's been known for its focus on alternative wellness, and today it sells everything from home and beauty products to fashion garments.

Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop hit headlines after its vagina-scented candle exploded in a fan's living room. The candle, sold by the Hollywood star's lifestyle brand, instantly burst into flames when the woman lit it in her home.

She recently revealed that she doesn't miss acting in a new interview on Sunday TODAY with Willie Geist. She said, "I really don't miss it all. I think I'm so lucky that I got to do it, and I'm sure I still will at some point."

She went on to say about Goop, "The team is always trying to get me to do a movie, but I really love what I do and I love how immediate it is and how … we're able to create a product out of thin air that we believe in so much."

However, she revealed that she does have one promise to fulfill, "I did promise my mother at some point before I die, I told her I would go and do a play so… I'm gonna deliver on that promise at some point." We can't wait to see if she picks Broadway or the West End.
