Britney Spears reassures fans that she's 'extremely happy' in Instagram video
The star had been posting a series of odd photos and videos

Pop Icon Britney Spears has taken to Instagram to reassure fans she's okay and clear up any confusion around her odd social media posts.
The 'Hit me baby one more time' star has been at the centre of a #freebritney movement after it was revealed she's been in a long-running conservatorship since 2007 that restricts her medical and financial freedom.
A NY Times documentary also hyped up the attention around the story and showed how fans are rallying around her. However, Britney's odd social media posts have confused some fans and they think that she's trying to send us messages with pictures of red refrigerators and flowers.

Britney took to her Instagram yesterday to try and clear up a few fan theories and told them 'she's okay'.
Talking on the video she answered three questions that fans had been asking her. The second question referenced a post she made a couple of weeks ago - of a red fridge.
At the time fans thought she's posted the image as a cry for help, but Britney insisted that she just loved the colour and design and thought it looked 'cool'.
While the next question was more direct - she said on the video: "Next question is am I OK? Yes, I’m totally fine, I’m extremely happy. I have a beautiful home, beautiful children. I’m taking a break right now because I’m enjoying myself.’

Some fans are worried that Britney doesn't have a voice because of the conservatorship, and social media is the only way for her to express how she's really feeling.
Britney entered the conservatorship as a temporary measure for six months in 2007. In 2008, when she was 26, the conservatorship became permanent, following her public break down in 2007 when she shaved her head, was hospitalized twice under psychiatric hold, and had various stays at rehab where she was treated for drug abuse. 14 years later Britney is still under the conservatorship, which is unusual, especially under the existing legal statutes in California.
Last month we revealed that fans of Britney were supporting her by buying the pop icon's Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy fragrances - two perfumes that were first released back in 2005 and 2006.
According to perfume company The Fragrance Shop, the bottles are flying off the shelves - with both fragrances completely selling out for the first time since they launched.
