Despite being one of the biggest names in daytime TV, Lorraine Kelly remains a dedicated follower of high street fashion.

And while we’re used to her debuting chic numbers from the likes of Zara, M&S and more, we’re surprised by where she snapped up her latest style offering.

On yesterday’s instalment of Lorraine the 59-year-old paired a grey long-sleeved top with a standout silver pencil skirt with a daring front split.

The on-trend metallic skirt is perfect for the festive season and actually comes from high street fashion store Forever 21.

And the best part about it, is that it’s priced at £18. The faux leather skirt – which also comes in camel – also features a concealed black zipper for a streamlined look.

Lorraine completed her outfit with a chunky necklace and matching silver heels.

The star shared a picture of her Christmas-ready look on one of her two official Instagram pages.

The post, which she captioned, “Adding some glitz to a Monday” attracted more than 1,000 likes and scores of positive comments from fans.

One wrote, “Love this outfit really suits you xx”

While another added, “Looking stunning today Lorraine”

A third continued, “Looking fab…love the skirt”

Other celebs who’ve been spotted out and about in Forever 21 include Jennifer Lopez and Kourtney Kardashian.

There was a similarly excited reaction from fans when Lorraine showed off another one of her recent on-screen outfits, teaming a Hobbs jumper with an M&S skirt.

One gushed, “merry Christmas Lorraine, looking truly festive.”

While another added, “Love your skirt”

With just a few days left until Christmas we’re sure Lorraine has plenty of time to show off a few more outfits yet.

We’ll also be keeping our eyes peeled for any shots of her Christmas celebrations at home with the family, and any style tips we can pick up from them.
