Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could be 'cut off' from the Royal Family forever if any unauthorized information about their visit to Queen's Platinum Jubilee is shared with the public, a royal insider has claimed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex traveled to the UK earlier this month with their two children, Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, to attend the celebrations for Her Majesty's 70th anniversary as monarch, marking their first joint trip to England since their withdrawal as senior royals and emigration to North America in January 2020.
The A-list couple remained relatively low-key throughout the extended bank holiday, making just one public appearance at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Queen on Friday, June 3.
They hosted a private party at Frogmore Cottage for their daughter's first birthday on the Saturday, marking the occasion with the release of the first pictures of Lilibet and even a photo of Meghan Markle's casual outfit at the event.
The Queen also met Lilibet, named after the 96-year-old's childhood moniker, on the day. Harry and Meghan also had a secret meeting with Prince Charles over the weekend, in which they reportedly tried to reconcile with the future King after more than two years of familial conflict. The couple flew back to California with Archie and Lilibet on Sunday, June 5, before the final event of the Jubilee, the Platinum Pageant, had even finished.
Fears are now growing that the Sussexes, who have deals with Netflix and Spotify, could release private information about their experience of the Platinum Jubilee to the media. With Prince Harry's memoir scheduled to hit shelves in autumn 2022, palace officials are reportedly anxious that the couple could wreak havoc for the Royal Family's reputation once again with their next move.

"If anything from the weekend leaked, I imagine they will be totally cut off and that'll be it," royal expert Duncan Larcombe told Closer. He then warned that the Sussexes' so-called 'olive branch' to the Royal Family could be snapped by their "behavior going forward", despite having "cemented themselves as royals again" at the Jubilee.
"Harry and Meghan would ruin that if any private information about this weekend was spoken about to the press or revealed in a book," he added.
