He went on to say, "My mother instilled in me, and in all of us a drive to speak up and fight for a better world."

The 40-minute awards ceremony, shown on YouTube, went on to reveal the winners of the 2022 Princess Diana Award - a charitable foundation that recognizes the achievements of changemakers aged 9-25 from across the globe.
As well as honoring his mother, on what would have been her 61st Birthday, during the ceremony, Harry went on to say, "I see her legacy in all of you, I see her legacy in a Diana Award community that spans multiple generations."
"I see her legacy every time I meet with families, young people, and children from all corners of the world. And I see my mum’s legacy when I look at my own children every single day."
As well as making an appearance at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared their first official photo of Lilibet Diana last month.
The photo was captured during Lilibet's first birthday party at Frogmore Cottage, where the couple stayed during their whirlwind trip to the UK for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee last week. The gorgeous photo, which saw Lillibet wearing a pale blue dress and a floral white headband, was taken by the couple's friend, Misan Harriman, who was one of the lucky VIPs to be invited to the A-list bash.

“You truly are the personification of my mother’s legacy and I know she would be so proud of you all. I believe there’s no better way to celebrate her life and work than through recognising incredible people who dedicate so much time and effort to helping those around them.”
