Kate Middleton exuded 'work from home' elegance for her latest royal project, showing up to photograph Duchess Camilla in the perfect business-casual ensemble.

Kate Middleton looked effortlessly chic during her recent photoshoot with Duchess Camilla, arriving at the job in a polished yet comfortable outfit.

The Duchess of Cambridge captured her stepmother-in-law for a special edition of a British magazine that hit shelves on July 13.

The exciting opportunity, which saw Kate travel to Camilla's Wiltshire home, Ray Mill House, came after the future Queen Consort was asked to guest edit Country Life's 125th-anniversary issue and to appear on its cover in celebration of her 75th birthday.

For the outdoorsy shoot, the Duchess wore a powder blue cardigan over a blue shirt dress with a daisy print while posing in the garden of her £850k mansion. Camilla's Fitbit, which has been spotted on her wrist on multiple occasions in the past, was also on display.

In a behind-the-scenes snap from the photoshoot, Kate can also be seen wearing a fittingly casual outfit. The 40-year-old went for a comfortably sleek look to capture the radiant royal on camera, donning a coral blazer, cropped skinny jeans, and a pair of white sneakers. Her glossy hair is also tied back in a practical ponytail, ensuring no strands get in the way as she squints through the lens.

It's understood that Kate, who has an impressive background in photography, was Duchess Camilla's first preference when considering candidates to take the cover image. Country Life editor Mark Hedges told The Telegraph that Ms. Parker Bowles "immediately" said she wanted "Catherine" to be commissioned - a reference he initially didn't quite grasp.

"I spent the next three or four minutes desperately racking my brains trying to think of a professional photographer called Catherine," he admitted. "Then suddenly I grasped what she meant - one of the most amazing things that could happen.

"I found it one of the easier things to nod my head at."
