Just days after Prince Charles caught COVID-19, the Duchess of Cornwall has now also tested positive for the virus

The Duchess of Cornwall has contracted COVID-19 just days after her husband, Prince Charles, caught the virus.
A Clarence House spokesperson revealed, "Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cornwall tested positive for Covid-19 and is self-isolating. We continue to follow government guidelines."
It is thought that the Duchess of Cornwall and Prince Charles are currently recovering and isolating at their home, Clarence House in London. The property is just a stone's throw from the Queen's London residence, Buckingham Palace.
This is the first time the Duchess has caught the virus, unlike Prince Charles who has now caught the virus on two different occasions.
Royal insiders suggest that Camilla Parker Bowles is now triple vaccinated against the virus, so fans are hopeful that the future Queen consort, will not be suffering too much.
Clarence House announced on February 10, that Prince Charles tested positive for COVID-19. Now just a few days later on Valentine's Day, February 14, the Duchess has also contracted coronavirus.

Last week royal fans feared the Queen has Covid as Her Majesty interacted with Prince Charles just a few days before he tested positive, and Buckingham Palace has refused to confirm the Queen's negative status.
The news of Camilla's positive test comes just a week after it was announced that the Queen gave her blessing for Duchess Camilla to have a special royal title, the Queen consort, once her son Prince Charles becomes King. At this coronation, Duchess Camilla has been granted permission to wear the Queen Mother's special Crown, which is decorated with one of the largest diamonds in the world, the Koh-i-Noor diamond.
It is thought that Duchess Camilla's relationship with the royal family is better than ever at the moment, and some royal experts have even suggested that Princess Anne and Duchess Camilla's new relationship is symbolic of her shift within the royal family.
