The Eurovision Song Contest is taking place in Rotterdam in 2021, here is everything you need to know about the contest and how you can watch it from anywhere in the world.
The Eurovision Song Contest did not take place last year and instead a show titled Eurovision: Europe Shine a Light took place instead to show off that year's talent.
This year, the full event can finally take place in all of its glory. So here is everything you will need to know about where to watch this event, who is singing and how you can watch the performances from anywhere in the world.

When does The Eurovision Song Contest start?
The first semi-final for the Eurovision Song Contest takes place on Tuesday 18th May 2021. This will begin at 9 pm CEST (Central European Summer Time)/ 9 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
The second semi-final will take place on Thursday 20th May 2021. This will begin at 9 pm CEST (Central European Summer Time)/ 9 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
The main event, the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest will take place on Saturday 22nd May 2021. This will begin at 9 pm CEST (Central European Summer Time)/ 9 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
What channel is The Eurovision Song Contest on?
In the UK, the first two semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest will be shown on BBC Four. The Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest will broadcast on BBC One at 8 pm and finish at 11:45 pm.
The performances will also be available to stream live or after the event on BBC's own broadcasting platform BBC iPlayer.
How to watch The Eurovision Song Contest
If you’re outside of the UK or Europe and don't have access to BBC Four to BBC One, you may need to use a VPN in order to stream this show.

Who is singing in The Eurovision Song Contest?
Only six acts have been confirmed to perform in the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest. Italy will be represented by Måneskin who's singing 'Zitti E Buoni'. Jendrik will sing 'I Don't feel Hate' for Germany. Jeangu Macrooy will sing 'Birth of a New Age' for the Netherlands. Blas Cantó will sing 'Voy A Querdarme for Spain', and James Newman will sing 'Embers' for the United Kingdom.
These six acts will be joined by an additional 20 acts from those who make it through the semi-finals. There are currently 33 acts who are hoping to make it to Saturday's Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest.
