Courteney Cox has teamed up with singer Ed Sheeran to re-create the iconic routine she performed with David Schwimmer on Friends.

The star, who played Monica in the hit series, shared a video of the pair dancing the routine on her Instagram and wrote: "Just some routine dancing with a friend…"

Ed also shared the same video, captioning it: "Had a reunion of our own this weekend."

Unsurprisingly, fans went wild for the video.

One commented: "Well, there’s no more internet...because it just exploded!"

Another added: "Well this is amazing!!"

A third added: "This is the best thing ever!"

Now, fans are even calling for Courteney to re-create the routine with David Schwimmer.

One fan asked: "Courteney when you and David are going to record The Routine for us ???"

Another said: "You should've done this with David."

A third joked: "Ross can never be replaced!"

Courtney and David performed the routine in season six of Friends back in 1999, when their characters attended the recording of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

We would love to see a rendition!
