These £85 cosy boots are taking Instagram by storm this winter

These look so cute!

Moon Boot

If you’re a seasoned traveller, you’ll understand the importance of good footwear both on and off the slopes.

Thanks to Moon Boot, you can step out in style next time you’re off for a winter holiday, as they’re ideal for keeping warm wherever you are.

The brand was inspired by astronauts, both in style and strength. According to Net-A-Porter, who stock the brand, ‘Founded in 1969, Moon Boot is inspired by the lunar overshoes worn by Apollo 11 astronauts. Lightweight and weatherproof, they're made from silver rubber, which will look so striking against glistening snow caps on your next ski trip.

‘They're thickly padded with foam and lined in fleece, while drawstring wrap-around laces provide a snug fit.’

Since then, the boots have been popular on Instagram with the likes of Vogue Williams and influencers like Rosie Londoner choosing to take them on their travels. They’re both stylish and functional, which is a brilliant combo.

Moon Boot comes in two styles, classic and urban, depending on your preferences. Classic boots come higher up the leg, whereas the urban style is lower.

The boots start at £85, for their classic Shell and faux leather snow boots. The classic stye is available in four colours: white, black, gold or silver.

There are plenty of other styles on offer though, if the classic boot doesn’t take your fancy. Net-a-Porter sell the full range, which includes a very fancy boot decorated with Swarovski crystals!
