And it's fabulous!

In the run up to Christmas we’ve all been eating far too many treats and are finding it hard to resist that festive fizz and mulled wine.

Yes, we have healthy resolutions planned for 2020, but with the launch of Emma Willis’s first sportswear collection at Next - and seeing just how great she’s looking at 43 - we’re now planning to get a few more exercise sessions in pre-New Year.

Emma’s first sportswear collection launches tomorrow (Friday 20th Dec) at Next, with a combination of graphic prints and bright pops of neon on clothing, swimwear and sports bras.

"With a hectic work schedule and busy family life, exercising is important to me; it really helps me to stay focused and feel strong," said Emma Willis.

"Adding sportswear to the collection felt like a natural fit, there’s pieces suitable for any workout and we’ve also included some super comfy hoodies and joggers too."

Emma Willis has worked closely with her stylist and the in-house designers at Next to create a capsule sportswear collection suitable for all workouts.

Emma is a huge fan of mindful eating (although admits she still loves a cheat day or weekend) and attributes her healthy body to reformer pilates classes.

“I do all over body workouts, HIIT classes, boxing and lots of leg and back work. I have a bit of a dodgy back so I’m trying my best to keep it strong. Lots of squats and dead lifting," she told OK magazine.

Emma’s new range offers two legging styles, both a graphic print and a neon trimmed plain grey, in sweat-wicking fabric, with four way stretch technology and a deep waistband to stay put whilst exercising.

These are seen paired with two sports bra options, a black underwired style for those wanting full cup support and a soft graphic printed crop top style with racer back detail. Emma layers these with a loose fitting vest in either black or coral and styles with a simple knot for that effortless workout look.

Emma has also worked with the team to design two sportswear swimsuits, one high neck racer front style with cross over back detail to tick that stylish, yet functional box.

This style comes in both a plain black and the graphic print seen in the clothing. Alongside this she has also included a textured square neck black style with white piping detail. Both shapes have discreet built in cups for extra support.

If you’re all about the comfort factor, the range also includes a super cosy two-piece relaxed tracksuit – a hooded sweater and cuffed jogger in charcoal grey. There’s also a rust overhead sweater with thumbhole detailing in a soft cotton blend – perfect to layer on pre or post workout.
