HOW TO MAKE MULLED WHITE WINE
Method
Warm a bottle of white wine with a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary, 6 cardamom pods, the lemon slices, cinnamon stick and caster sugar. Heat until the sugar melts and the raw alcohol flavour burns off.
Serve in heatproof glasses, or teacups, to make a delicious hot cocktail.
