The royals will still be remembering Prince Philip's funeral, which took place just two weeks ago at St George's Chapel in Windsor.
The service paid homage to the Duke of Edinburgh's love of the sea, with a number of touching details relating to his time spent serving the Royal Navy.
On the day the Prince of Wales and Princess Royal, the Duke's oldest children, walked behind the coffin and looked emotional as they paid their respects to their father.
The Duke of Edinburgh passed away, in early April this year, aged 99, and while the royal family is still contemplating their loss our thoughts go to the Queen who lost her life companion and husband of 72 years.
