Meghan Markle could be in the market for a new best friend as she reportedly plans to "cut ties" with Jessica Mulroney following her race row with lifestyle blogger Sasha Exeter.
Given how much Meghan backs the Black Lives Matter campaign, DailyMail.com is reporting that Meghan was "absolutely mortified" at her friend's war of words with the blogger.
"She said Jessica is in no way a racist, but the way she handled the situation (with the fashion influencer) was tone-deaf and heartbreaking."
It all started when Sasha posted a 12-minute video on Instagram in which she explained that Jessica had privately responded to her pleas for influencers to raise the profile of the Black Lives Matter campaign.
Sasha said Meghan's best friend "took offense" at Sasha's initial call-to-action and claimed it was aimed at her, despite no-one being named in the original post.
Things soon spiralled and the fashion blogger revealed she was sent "a trail of offensive messages" from Jessica before the stylist threatened to directly contact sponsors working with Sasha.

Sasha claimed it to be a "threat to [her] livelihood" and "an attempt to silence a black woman during this movement behind closed doors".
Jessica later publicly apologised and said she had "decided to step away" from "professional engagements" and social media at this time.
The Duchess and the fasion stylist have been best pals since they met in Toronto ten years ago, with Jessica playing a vital role in Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry. She is even one of Archie's godparents.
But, separate reports suggest the women were growing apart way before the race row.
An insider told Page Six, “The white privilege row has really given Meghan the excuse she was waiting for to cut Jess off for good.
"I don't know what the tipping point was, but Jess has been on the outs for some time."
