Kate Middleton breaks royal protocol in her latest public outing, in yet another sign that the Duchess shows isn't afraid of a bit of rough and tumble.

Since Kate Middleton unveiled her hidden talent in an adorable new video, after replacing Prince Harry as England Rugby patron, fans have praised the Duchess for her natural athleticism.

With the Six Nations Championship just days away, Kate hasn't wasted any time in building momentum for the iconic games, and in light of this latest video—she might even be gearing up to compete in the tournament too!

The keen tennis player just upped the ante, however, with a brand new video that sees her being manhandled by two England rugby players. The video was taken when the Duchess joined England rugby players for a training session at their home ground, Twickenham.

Eager to get involved, the hardworking Royal impressed with her athleticism when she sprinted across the pitch, joined in a scrum, and even she even scored a try. Not only did her sportiness impress but fans also couldn't believe how she kept smiling and laughing throughout all of that exertion.

Although we're used to Kate Middleton's dresses, she still looked glam dressed in the official England Rugby pants and zip-up top. Kate Middleton's shiny hair was swept back into a beautiful bouncy ponytail.

Although it remains to be seen how the England rugby team will do in the upcoming tournament, it's certainly clear that their Royal patron is already excelling in her new role.
