Piers Morgan has recently announced he’ll be appearing on Good Morning Britain four days a week rather than the usual three.
But when he’s not working, Piers is isolated with his family in his stunning Sussex home.
This weekend, Piers appears to have been having a jolly good time, enjoying a special bottle of Moet & Chandon champagne with his family.
Showing off his bottle of fizz, which was inscribed with a special message, Piers posted a selfie in his living room, showing off his plush white sofa and colourful bookcases.
Fans were quick to comment on his post, which has clocked up 32K likes and counting. ‘My £3 bottle of Aldi wine last night tasted lovely, lockdown struggles 😂 cheers 🥂’ wrote one. While another said, ‘👏👏👏 loving your uniform book collection Piers, blissful xx’
Other fans took the opportunity to congratulate Piers Morgan on how he’s handled coverage of the coronavirus crisis in the UK.
‘Enjoy piers, glad you are on four days a week now, keep fighting for the nurses and doctors 🙏’ one wrote. Another said, ‘Really think you should start working week ends during lockdown !!!! Mornings just ain’t the same pal.’
A third wrote, ‘When we get out of this and I tell my grandchildren all about it…. you will be the person that I talk about the most. You are doing an amazing job!!!’
Piers and his second wife, journalist Celia Walden, share eight-year-old daughter Elise and live together in East Sussex.
You can catch him on Good Morning Britain from 6.30am tomorrow morning.
