Jennifer Lopez has another surprise for fans—she's dropping new music.

After reigniting hope for a "Bennifer" reunion this month, Jennifer Lopez has another bombshell in store: new music. The singer took to Instagram to tease her music by posting a photo of herself in the studio with the caption "Sexy summer fun coming."

Sporting a casual gray hoodie, low ponytail, and a classic pair of gold hoop earrings, the photo provided fans with an inside look at Jen hard at work in the studio.

When will Jennifer Lopez's new music be released?

Judging by her caption, we can possibly expect some new music (or at least a single) by this summer. No official release date has been announced by the star or her team, so we'll have to be on the lookout for more hints leading up to this summer.

It's also been six months since Jennifer graced us with her single In the Morning, so just seeing the singer back in the studio was enough to make fans excited.

"Ooooo I can’t wait for a new song from you @jlo It’s just what the summer needs!!!" exclaimed one commenter.

While another fan is already prepared to have, her new music played on repeat.

"I’m ready for the new music. I love you so so much. I’m about to have it on repeat," they wrote.

Jennifer has recently been dealing with the fallout over her official split from Alexandar Rodriguez, but that hasn't stopped her from performing. She most recently wowed audiences during her performance for the VAX LIVE concert, where she closed out the show.

Performing her song Ain’t Your Mama, the singer stunned not only with her flawless dance moves but also with her edgy yellow and black studded outfit paired with knee-high boots.

The song choice was one that advocated for women's rights and supplied a powerhouse hit to end the night with.

As we await her new music, at least we have this stellar performance to hold us over until then.
