Emma Stone is expecting first baby with Husband Dave McCary

Oscar winner Emma Stone is expecting her first baby with Saturday Night Live writer Husband, Dave McCary. 2021 has seen a small rise in some good news coming our way, from the scrapping of the tampon tax in the UK and now Emma Stone’s wonderful news.

Emma Stone shot to fame with films like The Help, Birdman, and solidified her place in Hollywood royalty when she won Best Actress for the critically acclaimed La La Land. Her witty and down to earth personality is what endears her to us all and makes this news all the more exciting. The highly talented actress is very private and deserves another award for having kept her pregnancy under wraps for so long. The first images of Emma’s pregnancy are of an already blossoming baby bump.

Due to their very private relationship Emma has been linked on and off to Dave McCary since 2016, when she hosted Saturday Night Live. They have been spotted together only a handful of times since but treated us to happy news in December 2019 with their engagement announcement.

Their wedding plans were unfortunately postponed due to Covid-19 but reports say they quietly wed in September of last year after she was spotted sporting a gold band instead of her engagement ring. The only pictures we get graced with are cute candid's from Dave McCary’s Instagram account which we will be endlessly refreshing now for any more baby news!

The actress has a refreshing approach to what information she shares to the public but she gave us a little clue into her life goals in an interview with ELLE where she said  “As a teenager, I was, like, ‘I’m never getting married, I’m never having kids.’ And then I got older and I was, like, ‘I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.'

Emma and Dave are giving us some serious relationship goals as they seem blissfully content in their newly married life, we can only thank them for the best news to start 2021 and hope there is more baby news to come.
