Jo Malone has just launched an exciting new product – the first of its kind, and it's Tom Hardy-approved

Any new product launch from Jo Malone is cause for celebration, but this one feels even more joyful because it feels like a gift for our dogs.
For the first time, the fragrance experts are introducing a brand-new grooming essential for our four-legged friends – and it's approved by Tom Hardy and his beloved French bulldog Blue Hardy.
The newly launched grooming essential is an Orange & Cedarwood Dog Shampoo, created by Jo Malone London in collaboration with renowned pet-care brand WildWash to ensure it's perfectly formulated for our furry friends.

Crafted with naturally derived orange and cedarwood essential oils, the shampoo is a delicately fragranced cleanser that freshens and leaves coats with a healthy shine – without stripping away natural oils. We almost can't wait for those muddy puddles just to bathe our dogs.
Like all the best Jo Malone perfumes, the new shampoo has a signature scent. "We're so careful about the scents we use on our own body and hair, so it's only right that we give the same thought to our four-legged friends," says Laura Honey, our w&h ecommerce editor. "Orange and cedarwood make for a fantastic pairing, especially for your pet's fur.
Orange brings a bright, zesty note that keeps things fresh and light, but citrus oils need to be paired with something woody, or they'll disappear faster than any other note in the fragrance. That's where the cedarwood comes in: warm, woody, and a little smoky, it gives the scent proper longevity and depth, holding onto the freshness of the orange, enhancing the earthy, natural overall fragrance. It's perfect for giving your pup a spa-worthy shine and scent."
This first-time dog grooming product comes 'personally approved' by French bulldog Blue Hardy – who proudly appears alongside his dog dad, Cypress & Grapevine ambassador Tom Hardy, in some of the brand’s campaign films.

Aside from being a premium beauty product, in true Jo Malone-style, the bottles are also a thing of beauty. Every 285ml bottle of Jo Malone's dog shampoo features one of four collectable dog breed illustrations of a French bulldog, Dachshund, West Highland White Terrier and Jack Russell.
As the proud owner of an elegant whippet, I'm secretly hoping the Jo Malone design team will add to the pack at a later stage – although for now I'll happily give a good home to any one of these characters because I can't wait to use the shampoo on my own pup.
The deliciously scented pet product is perfectly timed ahead for the autumn and winter months, where a love of muddy puddles becomes too irresistible for most pups. This new sweetly fragranced shampoo ensures our beloved dogs smell divine after even the wettest of winter walks.
