While at an event in LA, Reese Witherspoon wore an incredible mint green co-ord suit, pairing it with a really classy pair of nude pumps for a tasteful and bright ensemble - and we want to recreate the look ASAP.
Reese Witherspoon is a woman of many talents - not only is she an incredible actress and producer, but she also should be noted for her style credentials. She's worn fashion-forward looks like this candy pink suit, featuring a coat and tapered trousers, as well as this Princess Diana-style black "revenge" dress - but her most recent look has us sporting major heart eyes and has confirmed the news that pastels are big amongst autumn colour trends for 2023.
While speaking for her production company at the Hello Sunshine's Shine Away event on 21 October, she wore a truly fabulous mint green co-ord that we are just obsessed with.
The Shine Away event was a collective day for promoting female empowerment, with A-listers like Tracee Ellis Ross coming to speak to the crowd - so of course, Reese had to be dressed to the nines for the day, and she certainly delivered.
The mint green co-ord totally gave Elle Woods energy, calling back to her Legally Blonde character - except instead of hot pink, she sported the delicious blue-green hue. The top of the co-ord was an incredible cropped shirt, which also featured a fabulous tailored collar and some large buttons. Similarly, the matching skirt featured those same buttons on the pockets, hitting just above knee-length for the perfect professional-chic ensemble.
To accessorise the look, she opted for a pair of beautiful nude pump heels, which added to the sophisticated nature of the look. She also kept her hair down, going for a blowout style, and then styled her short, retro bangs hairstyle just perfectly.
Although mint green would usually be thought to be a colour suitable for springtime, Reese made a pretty strong case for brightening up any autumn day with this shade.
