Fashion fans are obsessed with a pair of polka dot culottes from M&S and we can see why they keep selling out.

When it comes to trousers, culottes are pretty much as comfy as it gets before you head into tracksuit bottom territory.

That's why we think it's vital to make a chic and wearable pair of culottes a staple in your wardrobe and these M&S ones are just classic.

The calf length, wide-leg trousers from the iconic British retailer feature a timeless black and white polka dot print and come in two options - white with black spots and black with white spots.

Costing just £19.50 a pair, it's really a no brainer decision to make them a part of your spring/summer fashion stash, ready to whip out every year.

They're available to buy in sizes 6 to 24 but, unsurprisingly, they've been selling out every time they're restocked.

Luckily, it seems that the M&S website has plenty of sizes ready to be snapped up right now, but we reckon you should be speedy if you want to get your hands on a pair (or two).

M&S describes them as 'comfy and sophisticated' and promises that they'll 'instantly refresh your summer wardrobe' thanks to their 'modern and breezy' wide leg fit. Agreed!

They're perfect to team with a simple summer T-shirt and a pair of pretty sandals in the heat or with fresh white trainers and a loose fitting jumper on a summer evening walk.

They've received so many rave reviews from shoppers who have tried and tested them, too.

'These are very smart culottes but can be dressed down in the day or be worn at night with heels. The shape and the way they fall is excellent. Very happy with my purchase,' one penned online.

'Really love the lightweight floaty fabric, perfect for the hot days we've been having! Lovely loose fit. Really pleased that black with white spots also came out as got those too,' added another.
