During her vaccination tour in Georgia, advocating for people to continue to get vaccinated and boost immunity rates in under-vaccinated areas, the First Lady stepped out in the exact Oscar de la Renta dress she wore on Vogue’s August cover. The difference between her look then compared to now though comes down to her accessories.
