Cat Deeley embraced two of autumn's most popular shades on This Morning this week. Taking up presenting duties in a spiced red lace blouse, paired with chocolate brown trousers, her outfit featured two key players in the autumn/winter fashion colour trends for 2026.

The exact lace blouse features a face-framing high neck, long sleeves and shoulder pads that added structure to her silhouette. A versatile addition to your autumn outfit ideas, the paprika shade can work for everything from smart occasions to pairing with everyday denim; it's a wardrobe piece you will get plenty of wear out of.

Cat teamed the lace top with high-rise flared trousers from Reiss and finished her look with the no longer available Caterina stiletto boots from LK Bennett. Chocolate brown has undeniably become one of the key shades to wear this season alongside rich red hues, and Cat proves that pairing them together works so well.

Both these shades offer a fresh alternative to cooler neutrals like black, grey and navy – colours that we tend to rely on during autumn. Deep reds or oranges are great for adding personality to your wardrobe, and if you're wondering how to wear them, they work particularly well with rich, earthy shades like brown.

You can replicate this colour pairing in other ways. From a cosy burgundy jumper with brown flares to adding a pair of espresso loafers to a red midi dress.
