The unique full body treatment that Venus Williams swears by
"The butt peels so nicely," she enthuses
Whether she's on or off the court, there's no denying Venus Williams' skin has a serious glow. And while we're fairly sure that's largely down to frequent exercise and drinking her water, it's clear she also looks after her skin.
Speaking to NewBeauty for their Winter 2021 issue, for which she is the cover star, the tennis champion shared some of the unique treatments she enjoys – including a head-to-toe peel.
"Last year I did a wonderful whole-body peel. When I was done, my skin looked unreal. It took about three days for everything to just peel off," she said. "My dermatologist in New York has incredible peels for the face and body, and the hands and feet peel so beautifully. And honestly, the butt peels so nicely, too. I love a good treatment."

"I'm all about prevention," she continued. "I love Laser Genesis or anything that's going to help build collagen. I honestly like to keep it simpler and do something like [that], some red light therapy, constant exfoliation and chemical peels.
"Nothing too crazy, but those sorts of things really turn over your skin and make it look beautiful. And if you keep it up and can continue your routine at home, you'll be amazed at how well it works."
However, she did have a beauty confession about her skincare regime – she used to skip her daily SPF. "I was very naughty not wearing sunscreen for pretty much the first 35 years of my life, so I just hope it never catches up with me! That's all I have to say," she said.
Anyone else considering a full body peel when lockdown is over?
