Jessica Alba reveals genius tip for reducing under eye puffiness
Puffiness and dark circles be gone

According to research by the University of California, COVID-19 is wrecking our sleep with 'coronosomnia' - sleepless nights linked to pandemic stress. So Jessica Alba's tip for reducing eye puffiness and dark circles couldn't come at a better time.
The actress recently revealed her skincare routine in an Instagram takeover with Cult Beauty - most notably her reliance on the Nurse Jamie Eyeonix Eye Massaging Beauty Tool to make her look more awake in the morning.
Alba says it's her favorite way of "recreating a spa experience" from the comfort of her own home. Indeed the Eyeonix uses sonic vibrations to gently massage the delicate eye area, helping to tighten skin and minimize puffiness. It can even be used in conjunction with the best eye cream to boost the effectiveness of the brightening and firming ingredients.
"Any type of face massage is going to make your skincare products work harder," adds LA-based aesthetician Nurse Jamie, whose clients include the Kardashian clan. "You can have the best ingredients and consistently apply creams but a face massage will help increase product absorption and results. High-frequency sonic vibrations help to rejuvenate cells and encourage fluid drainage around your brow area."
Ideal considering the number one cause of puffy under eyes in the morning fluid retention.
To see the best results, Nurse Jamie recommends slowly gliding the tool along the under-eyes and just below the brow, maintaining gentle, upward motions to avoid dragging the skin down.
