The Queen's sweet gesture to her grandchildren revealed

She may be the Queen but Her Majesty is also a loving grandmother and great-grandmother and reportedly loves spoiling her family when they visit Balmoral.
The 95-year-old Monarch likes to make sure Prince William, Kate Middleton and their three children feel extra special during their visit.
Which is why she organizes personalized gifts to be left on their beds.
Revealing the sweet tradition to Vanity Fair, royal commentator Katie Nicholl said, "When the Cambridges stay at the Queen’s Scottish castle, the monarch has been known to leave small personally chosen gifts on her grandchildren's beds."
Although the last year has put a spanner in most royal plans due to the covid-19 pandemic, traditionally the last weekend of August has been reserved for family time within the royal family before the royal children return to school.

And it's a tradition the Monarch has grown to love.
"It has become a tradition in recent years that the Bank Holiday weekend is the final family get-together before Christmas and everyone is invited,” an insider told the publication.
"In the past, it has turned into one big sleepover with lots of the Queen’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her Majesty enjoys it immensely."
The Queen shares a special bond with all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their significant others.
And Meghan Markle previously revealed what it was like to meet her as "Granny" as well as the Monarch.
She said, "It is incredible to be able to meet her through [Harry's] lens. Not just with his honor and respect for her as a monarch, but the love he has for her as a grandmother.
"So when I met her, I had such a deep understanding and incredible respect for her. She is a remarkable woman."
