Exciting news for anybody hoping to visit Buckingham Palace during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee as there's about to be an incredible sculpture placed directly in front of it.
The announcement, made on Earth Day, came via the Royal Family's Instagram account, as they unveiled the stunning design for the Tree of Trees. As well as images of the design, due to be created outside the royal residence in June, they also explained its concept.
Their caption explains, "The sculpture will feature 350 British native trees, that will then be gifted to community groups and organizations, to help inspire the next generation of tree planters across the nation."

A unique tree-planting initiative, The Queen's Green Canopy, was launched as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee 2022 celebrations. People across the United Kingdom have been invited to get out and get planting trees in commemoration of the monarch's 70-year-long-reign. Incredibly, over 1M trees have already been planted.
It's likely this remarkable sculpture will inspire countless budding botanists across the country to get their hands dirty too. Members of the Royal Family, including Princess Anne paid tribute to the Queen by getting involved with the exciting and forward-thinking project.
Although the concept of this sculpture is unique, it's certainly not the only thing celebrating Her Majesty's 70-year reign. Only recently it was revealed that, among the many significant gifts she's being given, the Queen is to receive a special tribute in honor of her love for her favorite pastime.
