Duchess of York speaks out in sweet tribute to support NHS workers

The royal thanked key workers across the country for supporting us all amid the coronavirus.

Sarah, Duchess of York has spoken out in support of NHS workers amid the outbreak of the coronavirus.

The Duchess of York has spoken out in support of key workers across the country, as the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread throughout the world.

Key workers such a doctor, nurses, NHS staff and even teachers and supermarket workers have been under strain since the increased demand for their services in the face of COVID-19.

So the royal has spoken out to support the hard-working group.

Duchess Sarah reshared a piece of artwork from another Instagram account to her own page, which read, ‘To the NHS staff, the nurses and doctors, the teachers and exhausted supermarket shelf stackers. Thank you’.

A second image read, ‘To the NHS staff. Thank you x’.

The Duchess wrote alongside the images, ‘I totally agree with @charliemackesy.

‘The NHS, doctors, nurses and all the medical teams are doing unbelievable work and we need to support them as best we can #coronavirus’.

Fans and followers flooded the post with comments of agreement, lending their own support to the nation’s key workers.

They are ALL incredible! ❤️,’ wrote one, while others added, ‘Well said duchess 🌹’, ‘I agree with you! They are brilliant 👏👏👏👏’ and ‘They are all working hard.

Let's all be nice to each other and help where we can in a safe capacity. The retail workers that I saw this morning look absolutely knackered and stressed. To anyone who reads this, please stay safe and well. ❤️’.

Others also highlighted a number of other professions that they feel should be recognised, commenting, ‘Cleaners, porters, lab workers, radiographers, physiotherapists, secretaries, admin staff are also needed, lets not forget them either, they are also playing a major role in this.

Another added, ‘And the pharmacists 👍🏼❤️,’ while one commented, ‘The truck drivers who are delivering medical supplies and food to the NHS staff and the patients AND the rest of the country’.
