- British dressmaker Angela Kelly has joined the Queen at Windsor Castle following Buckingham Palace's confirmation of the monarch's 'episodic mobility issues'.
- The Liverpudlian designer has reportedly moved into the Queen's private quarters at the Berkshire estate, ten years after she first relocated to the plush property.

The Queen has reportedly been joined at Windsor Castle by her trusty friend amid ongoing concerns about the monarch's health issues.
Angela Kelly, who has served as the Personal Assistant and Senior Dresser to Her Majesty since 2002, is understood to have moved into the suite next door to the 96-year-old's private quarters at the Berkshire estate. Her new bedroom even boasts a 42-inch television, according to the Sun.
The British fashion designer has lived on the grounds of Windsor Castle since 2012, the year of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. It's understood that she and several other royal aides relocated to the historic property to help prepare the monarch for her semi-retirement and transition of workload to the eldest of the Queen's children, Prince Charles.
Angela's recent move into the Queen's private quarters is therefore unlikely to come as much of a shock to the Liverpudlian dressmaker, who has repeatedly been described in the media as Her Majesty's closest confidant.
She was also one of the 30 VIPs isolated in the 'HMS Bubble' at Windsor Castle during the COVID-19 pandemic and even served as the Queen's unlikely hairdresser in lockdown.
Angela, who recently published the revised edition of her 2019 book, The Other Side of the Coin, probably won't be bringing any plus-ones into Her Majesty's private lodgings. She has been married and divorced now three times, splitting from her third husband, Irish guardsman Jim Kelly, in 1995. The talented fashion expert also has three adult children from her first marriage with Frank Wylie.
Angela rarely gives interviews to the media, preferring to keep her relationship with the Queen out of the public eye. She has spoken fondly about her, however, on a handful of occasions in the past. She has even revealed a few exciting tidbits about the Head of State's personality behind closed doors - as well as a surprising talent the monarch has never shown off in public.
"I do worry about her and care about her," she told the Telegraph in 2017, "but we also have a lot of fun together. The Queen has a wicked sense of humor and is a great mimic. She can do all accents – including mine."
