On Friday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle rounded off a busy week with a visit to a snowy Bristol, for a day packed full of engagements.
And during their walkabout in the freezing temperatures, the Duke of Sussex was left emotional after one waiting fan made a poignant reference to his late mother.
Whilst greeting the crowds, one woman took the chance to show Prince Harry a photo of Princess Diana on a visit to Thornbury, Bristol, 25 years ago. She revealed that her own mother had gathered to meet Diana that day, but that she was so nervous to meet her "she wouldn't let go of the flowers" she had brought for her.
Harry was clearly touched by the reference to his mum, taking a good look at the photo and confessing, "I recognise everybody in that photo as well."
An emotional Harry then told the waiting fan, "I love that", before instructing her to hold on the memories of his mum by pointing at the photos and saying, "Look after those".
Later on in the day, Harry and Meghan paid a visit to the Empire Fighting Chance project, a scheme which helps support young people through fitness and boxing.
Whilst there, Prince Harry went the extra mile for one young boy, who had lost his father seven years ago.
According to People magazine, the Duke of Sussex met with 12-year-old Iestyn Jones and began speaking to him, before asking for the entire room to be cleared so that he could speak to him privately about his grief.
Of course, Prince Harry himself has been through a similar thing, losing his mother Princess Diana at the age of just 12.
Reportedly, the royal told Iestyn, "The same thing happened to me," before the pair went off for a 10-minute chat to discuss their loss.
Speaking to reporters after his private meeting with Harry, Iestyn revealed that their talk got "emotional" and that he thought Harry and the Duchess of Sussex were "amazing".
He said, "It just got a bit emotional because he mentioned something. He knew some stuff about me and the same thing happened to me. We had a chat for about 10 minutes.
"When we had a group picture at the end he made sure I was standing next to him. They were lovely people. I didn’t expect them to be like that. They were amazing people."
It's certainly clear that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are keen to go the extra mile for the people they meet when out on royal engagements!
