Lady Louise and the whole Wessex clan have headed off on a well-deserved half term break to the ultra chic skiing resort, St Moritz. The break comes ahead of Lady Louise's life-altering decision and tough exams that may be her biggest challenge yet.
Alongside Prince Edward, Countess Sophie, and James, Viscount Severn—the young royal arrived on a private jet and hit the slopes as soon as was possible. The Daily Mail reports that the family and their friends were seen having lots of fun and wowing fellow skiers with their flare for the winter sport.
St Moritz is beloved by international Royal families like the Swedish Royal Family and celebrities like Liz Hurley, Kate Moss, and Jon Travolta who've been known to enjoy breaks there.
The glam Swiss Alps resort has also become especially important in the Wessex family as they often frequent it. This includes a trip back in 2003, when they went to check out the courses for the World Alpine Skiing Championships.
Countess Sophie was two months pregnant with her first baby at the time and this was before Lady Louise Windsor’s birth marked a turning point for Prince Philip after a well documented royal ‘snub.'
Skiing has become synonymous with the Royal Family and is something they get involved in, almost from infancy.

Previously, Princess Eugenie shared an adorable photo of herself and 'cool' mum Sarah Ferguson, in a throwback post. The Instagram post shows them hitting the slopes when the Princess was just two-years-old!
Although their prowess shredding the snow is undeniable, in actual fact there was one particularly close call with the Prince of Wales, which was documented on The Crown season 4.
As a matter of fact, Prince Charles’ horrendous near death accident in 1988 on the slopes became one of that year's most googled Royal stories.
