Kate Middleton continued to deliver impeccable fashion choices during the second day of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Attending the Service of Thanksgiving with Prince William, Kate donned a yellow Emilia Wickstead dress and paired it with a matching Philip Treacy hat.

Always looking elegantly chic, Kate and William joined a slew of other senior royals at the Service of Thanksgiving, which was held at St. Paul's Cathedral. The crown then moved to Guildhall to enjoy a luncheon with the Lord Mayor of London.
The Duchess of Cambridge opted for a sunny yellow look for the celebration. The royal completed her monochrome outfit with a pair of mauve Gianvito Rossi pumps, which she has worn in other colors throughout the past few years as well.
What mostly caught people's attention, though, was the pair of earrings that she chose to don. Part of Her Majesty's private collection, the Bahrain Pearl Diamond Drop earrings were crafted from pearls that the ruler of Bahrain gifted the Queen and Prince Philip when they got married in 1947. Princess Diana was spotted wearing them in 1982 and Kate herself had previously worn them to Philip's funeral in April and during the 2016 Remembrance Sunday service.
Following their appearance at the Trooping the Colour event yesterday, the Duke and Duchess' kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis didn't attend today's Service of Thanksgiving.
Unfortunately, the Queen herself pulled out of the Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving after feeling "discomfort" at the Trooping the Colour event.
"Taking into account the journey and activity required to participate in tomorrow's National Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral, Her Majesty, with great reluctance, has concluded that she will not attend," read an official statement by the Palace.
Prince Andrew also skipped out on the event following a positive COVID-19 test just days after meeting the Queen.
The Dutch and Duchess of Cambridge were, however, joined by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during today's ceremony. Meghan also wore a monochrome ensemble, hers a chic white dress paired with Snowflake earrings.
This is only the second day of the epic Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and the royals have already succeeded at impressing everyone with their outstanding looks. We have no doubt that day three and four of the festivities will be just as exciting as the previous two.
