Ranvir said: "I'm hosting Lorraine on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week. I can't wait."
Lorraine added: "I'll be at home with my feet up watching with a cup of tea."
But Lorraine won't be gone for too long, as this year her show is set to air on Christmas Day for the first-time ever.
The Scottish presenter will be letting viewers into the secrets of her festive period and sharing joy and laughter with some special guests for an hour on Christmas day.
