The daytime TV star gets honest about her skincare
Lorraine Kelly has opened up about Botox after sharing the results of her 'covid safe' facial.
The 60-year-old TV presenter, who will celebrate her birthday next month, looks youthful for her age and her young looking skin prompted one fan to ask whether she has ever had botox treatment.
Lorraine captioned the snap, "OK my hair looks mad - but my skin feels AMAZING after my#covidsafefacial with@pietrosimoneofficial- he’s a genius!!#nofilter#skincare#happy#fabulous#pietrosimone#covidsafe"
And the fan asked, "I’m really not being rude, but have you ever had Botox? If so, would you recommend?"
In reply to the question, the Scottish star, who is mum to daughter Rosie, 26, confessed, "Nope - never personally I’d be too scared."
And some fans were in agreement with her. One fan wrote, "Me too! You look great btw, you don’t need it." A second fan added, "You look beautiful .. simply the best having a facial, makes you feel sooo good."
Ans a third suggested she'd turned back the years. They added, "You look about 30 Lorraine, whatever you are doing is working for you. Beautiful inside and out."
There are some non surgical treatments that can get the same effects as an eyelift surgery without going under the knife.
Lorraine previously revealed her skincare secrets. She said, "Off screen I tend to follow the same routine I have for years. I wear a tinted moisturiser as a base and I always choose one that has sunscreen. I'll wear some light concealer under my eyes and I have brown shades on my eyelids. I also use brown mascara and eyeliner these days because it's much softer than black."
The Lorraine Show host treat herself to a pure gold facial last month, she uploaded a snap to Instagram and captioned it, "Had THE best facial from@pietrosimoneofficial - using pure gold! Most relaxing hour I’ve had in months. Skin feeling incredible Thank you Pierto! #beauty#facial#happy"
And despite the early starts to host her show, Lorraine looks incredible...
