Julianne Moore has divulged the beauty trick she swears by twice daily - and it's not your regular routine.

The actress, who last year revealed the two face creams in her skincare routine, helping her skin look flawless, she's now said that this beauty trick helps wake her up every day.

The 61-year-old told the Wall Street Journal that she loves to take two baths a day, with Epsom salts, to help soothe her skin and prepare her for the day.

The Still Alice actress told the publication, "I like to take a bath in the morning and at night, with two whole cups of Epsom salts. In the morning it’s a really, really short one, but it helps wake me up, believe it or not."

Whether you love trying out the best bubble bath, oils and salts in your bath - Epsom salts are great for helping to relieve muscle tension in the whole body - plus they're a great way to keep your skin soft.

Julianne also isn't the first actress who has admitted her love of Epsom salts - last year Emilia Clarke revealed the $13 product was one of her beauty favorites. In an interview with the Sunday Telegraph, Emilia name-checked Westlab’s Reviving Epsom Bath Salt as one of her six favorite products.

Julianne went on to say how sleep, water and coffee are also an important part of her daily routine. She said, "I realized recently that my ideal sleep cycle is from midnight to 8. When I can do that, I feel fantastic." When she wakes up she admitted the first thing she does is, 'Drink two big glasses of water with chlorophyll' as she knows it's also good for her skin.

The actress, who is currently starring in the film adaptation of Broadway’s Dear Evan Hansen also went on to say, "Well I counter-effect the chlorophyll with a lot of coffee. Then I make my own smoothie with bananas and pineapple and spinach and coconut water and coconut oil and that Vital Proteins collagen powder."

And while Julianne's make-up artist recently spilt the secrets on achieving a perfect base, the actress also revealed that she uses Furtuna Skin face oil and the Furtuna Ski to keep her skin glowing.
