TV chef James Martin has put his luxury Hampshire country home up for sale - and it's one of the most impressive houses we've ever seen!
The lavish, seven-bedroom abode went on the market last year, but strangely, it has no guide price.
On the OnTheMarket.com website, where the house is listed, it instructs potential buyers that the home is 'Price on application' - so it's likely to be pretty pricey.
James' home is based in Stoke Charity, a small village about six miles from Winchester town. The area is around a two hour drive to London - where James often works.
The chef has lived at the home for nine years now, but it seems he's now decided to up sticks, and move elsewhere.
During his time in the house, James has extensively re-decorated, employing the help of a local architect and local tradesmen. And as you'd guess from a man who makes his living in food, the kitchen is perhaps one of the most impressive rooms of the house.
Decorated in a clean neutral grey with warm oak floorboards, a double fridge and a stunning island in the centre, we're sure it's been the perfect place for James to whip up his recipes over the years. The kitchen also features a handy deep fat fryer, wine coolers and inbuilt chopping boards.
James Martin's plush home also features a luxurious-looking living room, continuing with the neutral theme in the kitchen, and filled with lush white furniture.
And it seems the 45-year-old is also patrial to some bold art and statement wall-paper, decorating both his hallway and some of the seven bedrooms in distinctive Ralph Lauren designs. The estate agents also revealed that James has favoured the much-loved Farrow & Ball paint for almost all the rooms in his home.
The home is also set within a huge expanse of English countryside. But it seems James Martin has had plenty of land of his own, with a particularly generous 1.25 acre garden - ideal for the dog-loving chef.
For those who likes outdoor living, the home also features a cosy outdoor space, complete with open fire and comfy seating area. Of course, the outdoor terrace also features a wood-fire pizza oven, barbecues, and refrigeration area. We'd expect nothing less from the chef!
James Martin's former home is also as practical as it is impressive. The listing reveals that almost the entire home has underfloor heating, and a Master Spa hot tub out in the garden. The Winchester abode also features an on-site gym and home cinema.
Each of the seven bedrooms also appear to be uniquely decorated, with the master favouring the grey, neutral tones found downstairs in the kitchen and living room.
While some of the other rooms encapsulate a more cosy, rustic theme, with brown and beige furnishings.
The former Saturday Kitchen host has also ensured that his home has had maximum privacy and security - a likely necessary requirement for one of the UK's most popular chefs. With electronic security gates, a steel safe-style door to the Master bedroom, and a huge private driveway and garage - the home really couldn't be more secure.
What an impressive home!
